Man laver en karamel med citron- og appelsinsaft som man kører espagnolen sammen med. Det kan lyde tungt, men det er det bare slet ikke. Det er her de brune engle ikke bare synger skønsang, men kører den ind med fuldt kor på Bøfhemian Rhapsowich, inklusiv gulvbas og baritonsax.”
De har virkelig styr på deres kram hos Café Ella og det er en fornøjelse når der lige pludselig dukker en fremragende bøfsandwich af denne kaliber op, nærmest ud af ingenting. Det varsler godt for den brune fremtid!
At chefkok hos Café Ella, Jimmy Bjerregaard, er en ægte bøfsandwich-entusiast, er der næppe nogen tvivl om. Han udtaler, “Jeg drømmer om bøfsandwich!
